Here we have answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about your orders and order history.
Shopping online at Ultra Liquors is easy.
Choose Your Store:
Log in to your account and select your nearest store. You have an option to collect or have your order delivered. If you see more than one store, you can change. Delivery is charged by distance.
Choose your products:
The quickest way to find a product you know is to use the search box. There are also options to use filters to find products. If a product does not appear, it did not qualify to be available as an online item in that store. Remember to select the correct pack-size and quantity for a product.
Check out:
Once all your products are in your cart, proceed to checkout. A summary of your products will be displayed. Select your time slot. Select your payment preference and follow the prompts.
